Mentors
All new recruits to The Elders are automatically assigned a Mentor who will make contact with the Mentee to help them settle in to the Kin. Mentors will make regular ongoing contact and be around to answer any questions the new recruit may have.
Each Mentor will be an Officer in the Kin and will also work with a Mentor Partner, who will be a kinnie. In this way each Mentee will have at least two dedicated people they can contact for help.
Kinnies will stay on the Mentoring Programme for as long as they want to. Either the Mentor or the Mentee can suggest sign off, which will always be done by mutual agreement.

If you'd like to be involved in the Mentor programme then please contact an Officer, it's a great way to get involved with helping new kinnies to find their way around. You will be assigned to an existing Officer Mentor and will be expected to keep in regular contact with your Mentee.
Current Mentors should ensure that they are active in-game. Mentor's taking a break will be removed from this list to ensure that our new recruits get the best possible introduction to The Elders.
